The central location on Swiety Marcin provided easy access to various eateries and attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city.

The bathroom drainage issues were quite inconvenient, as I had to change rooms due to plumbing problems in the first room.

Overall a stylish great city center hotel. Favourable and fantastic location, not very far from National Museum. Near old town and railway station, the city centre old square and local attractions...

Enjoyed the spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is centrally located, perfect for walking to major attractions like the old town. Really appreciated the sauna and steam room. They were great ways to unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast had a nice variety, although it could be better in terms of consistency. Had to change rooms due to plumbing issues, inconvenient. Staff were friendly but could improve on communicating local information. Would consider staying again if improvements are made.

The room was extremely hot,aircon was not effectife at all, I have claimed the problem as well as the fridge problem, but in fact nothing happened even second night.....Top floors are not realy suiable for summer visits.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel-the staff was very helpful and nice, while both the train station and the old town are within walking distance, making it ideal for anyone looking to explore the city on foot.

The hotel staff were very good, the restuarant food was superb, rooms very clean. The hotel was very well maintained. Woul definately recommend it and go back!

Room was quiet and very nice looking in a modern way as is always the case with nh hotels. No carpet in the room but wood floors.

Loved the wellness area and its long opening hours! The complimentary cookies and drinks in the lobby were a delightful surprise. Just wish the WIFI was a bit more consistent.

Very nice hotel built recently and very well maintained, same high standard of NH Hotels as in Spain or in the other countries.

Extra fee for using internet in the room. In many similar hotels such charge includes the price for accommodation.

The hotel was conveniently located for walking to local attractions. We also managed to hit the gym to stay active and enjoyed visiting the nearby science museum and botanical garden. Highly recommend checking out the breakfast for a solid start to your day.

On the downside, there was an issue with the reservation upon arrival. The staff seemed new and couldn't resolve it quickly, frustrating. I had to wait until the next day to address the mistake.
